                   Dynagraphix – Terms & Conditions

                                                 (Funeral Products / Print Jobs)

This is a general default print agreement that stands alone or exists in conjunction with any customized job package contract agreement. The terms herein are applied to any and all jobs.

 

You (the customer/client) agree to all terms and conditions set forth by us (Dynagraphix also known as Dynasty World LLC) and in turn we (Dynagraphix AKA Dynasty World LLC) agree to provide the utmost cost effective professional designs and service possible.

 

(Packages, Deals, Discounts & Ads) Any discount listed with a special/deal or package is sold in whole as a unit with its own rules, guidelines & terms. Unless you specific a package, you may be charged for each product or service separately. Only we (Dynagraphix) have the right, and it is at our sole discretion to combine, subtract or create a custom deal/package. Additional discounts are sometimes given when we promote our company as a full as on a product. However all products and services with the exclusion of t-shirts and logos, will have our company name & number. If requested to remove this from any printed material or other, a $25 charge will be incurred, at the customers' expense.

 

(Submissions) Any item, whether digital media, personal or physical property submitted by a client will not be returned unless requested. We are not liable for any damages to such items if chosen to leave in our custody. Items may be discarded if not requested to be returned within 14 days (2wks).

 

(Liability) You understand and agree that you will not hold Dynagraphix, Dynasty World LLC, and/or any of its affiliates liable for any damages on or to services, products, personal property or any physical or media submissions of any kind.

 

(Enforcement) These terms are legally binding and it is at the sole discretion of Dynagraphix (A.K.A Dynasty World LLC) to enforce all, part or none of this agreement. In the event the agreement is broken by Dynagraphix (Dynasty World LLC) we have the full right to remedy the situation anyway we see fit up to and including refund. If further enforcement is needed up to and including legal remedies, to satisfy or collect any penalty payments or unpaid balances, the client will be responsible for paying any court, legal, or any fees otherwise incurred by having to take such action.

 

(Compliance) By paying for the order or deposit and/or by continuing with the order process through conversation email or phone you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree/ comply with the responsibilities and obligations set forth herein.

 

(Turnaround Time) Dynagraphix turnaround time for funeral product/ print jobs design orders are 48-72 hours which includes holidays and weekends. We begin orders after all information and payment(s) are received.  Orders that are complete (which includes all required information/ documents and payments) that are received at or before noon (12: pm EST) are considered as same day orders and will be processed that same day. Orders received after 3: pm EST is considered next day. Prices that are listed in our price guide reflect orders that fall into a 48-72 hour time frame. Orders being requested within 24hrs will incur an additional fee of $75 for setup & design. Any order that is needed in less than 24hrs must be typed and proofread and will incur an additional minimum fee of $100. This fee varies depending on various factors such as the design, item being ordered and quantity. This does not include Funeral Prayer and Announcement cards.

(After Hours Orders) Orders that are received afterhours (operations hours are Monday-Friday 9: am-5: pm est.) will not be seen until the next business day. No overnight orders.

 

(Rush Fees) Any order that is requested for same or next day is considered to be a rush order and will incur an additional rush fee charge. Rush fee charges vary depending on various factors such as the item that is being ordered and the size of the order. We do not charge a rush fee for prayer cards and/or announcement cards orders.

 

(Proofs) Due to time restraints rush orders will not include a proof so it is important for the customer to review all information that is being sent to ensure there are no spelling or grammatical errors. Orders that are needed within a 48 hour window or greater time will be sent one (1) proof electronically. Though we try our best efforts to correct any spelling or grammatical errors that are found before a proof is sent to our customers it is still the customers sole responsibility to review the proof to ensure there is no mistake of any kind. After we send the customer a proof we will not begin the order until the proof is approved. Once a proof is approved by the customer we will begin the order. Dynagraphix is not responsible for any errors found after a order has begun or is completed. Any corrections that need to be made will be at the expense of the customer.

 

(Edits and Corrections) Orders that are being requested within a 48 or greater time window will receive 1 electronic proof with 1 correction. If a customer is requesting any additional corrections be made after the first set of corrections are made the customer will incur a fee of $15/per set of corrections.

 

(Refunds) NO REFUNDS, however Dynagraphix reserves the right to issue credits based on a case by case scenario.

 

(Deliveries) Dynagraphix offers deliveries throughout the world. Customers must request that their orders be delivered. Shipping fees are determined based on the customer’s location and the urgency of delivery. Our staff is available to deliver orders for those customers who are located within the Philadelphia area if available before 9: am or after 5: pm. The cost for delivery is $15.00. We do not deliver during the hours of 9: am-5: pm Monday-Friday. Between the hours of 9: am-5: pm Monday-Friday orders can be pickup directly from our office located at 4324 Tackawanna ST Suite #2, Philadelphia, PA 19124.

 

(DVD Orders) The turnaround time for DVD's orders is 72hrs after all required documents/ information is received. Any order that is being requested between 25-71 hrs will incur a $50 rush fee. We reserve the right to refuse any order that is needed in 24hrs or less.
