Wondering how to take advantage of our Loyalty Card Rewards?

 

Add the FidMe app on your mobile phone device! If you don't already have a FidMe account, you only need to download it from an app store (an app store is included in every mobile device), the download only takes a few seconds.

 

After which, you will only need to scan our code (which can be seen on our invoice) on the FidMe app and your first stamp will appear automatically!

 

 

Don't have a smart phone? No problem! Call our office today (215) 744-1020 and have a rep stamp your card for you. We will send you a email with your virtual card details. 

 

*Scans must be either requested or completed within 7 business days from the date shown on your invoice. Valid only on orders dated after Friday, June 13,2014. Reps are not obligated to automatically enroll a customer into the program nor will they automatically scan a customers invoice. Only one discount & promotion per order. Scans are non transferable and cannot be used towards another order or customer. Customers are limited to one scan per order. Dynagraphix reserves the right to decline or refuse any scan for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel or reject a card holders membership to the Loyalty Program for any reason. If we believe that the card holder is using our services fraudulently or is abusing the program, their membership will be deleted immediately and we will not honor any of the reported scans. Scans that are made by a customer that does not correspond with a payment or invoice in our system will not be honored.  FUNERAL HOMES ARE EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.
